Rydberg Engineering is looking for Business development Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience. He/she will be responsible for researching and pursuing new business leads for the growth of the business. The role involves active coordination across teams and demands exceptional inter- personal skills. The executive is expected to work on new business proposals and presentations which are a persuasive representation of an organisation’s services around USA & Canada.

Job roles and responsibilities:

The role of a Business Development Executive is to assist the organisations sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition. He/she should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity.

The primary role and responsibilities of a Business Development Executive include:

• Cold calling, Lead Generation, Market Research and analysis.
• Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
• Keep prospective client database updated.
• Make cold calls for new business leads.
• Support in writing new business proposals.
• Maintain knowledge of all service offerings of the company.
• Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.
• Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc.
• Design, build and develop a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter.
• Open to work in Night Shift

Structural Steel Estimator who can read and interpret Structural and Architectural design drawings, specifications and bid instructions for estimates. Ability to generate accurate material quantities of main structural and miscellaneous steel members. Produce reports and clearly communicate quantities and materials needed for projects. Write detailed scope of work on a word document.

Requirements :

• Qualified Candidates with a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience.
• Structural and Miscellaneous estimating experience in mandatory.

Structural Steel Detailing professional with minimum 6 yrs experience in Detailing and Checking. Candidate will prepare shop drawings utilizing 3D steel detailing software. Knowledge of shop and erection processes is desired. This person will prepare steel erection and anchor plans as well as detailing individual structural members such as mill lists, columns, beams, bracing, lintels, pour stops, etc. This person will interpret and implement applicable provisions of the AISC, AWS, ANSI, and other industries.

Job roles and responsibilities:

• Good Checking knowledge in Main Steel & Misc structures like Ladder, Handrails, stairs and Platforms.
• Able to conduct a thorough job study along with mismatching & missing details being noted and raised as RFI.
• Study/Review & understand the available General Arrangement drawings.
• Knowledge in Paint Finish, Material Grade, Bolt Grade and Weld Specifications.
• Ability to check 2D and 3D model in SDS/2 as per client specifications.
• Ensure all RFI responses and checking comments are incorporated in the model.
• Knowledge in Template checking and reports preparation with respect to client requirement.
• Ability to check single part drawings, shop drawings, erection drawings with related reports and NC files.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Experience and practical knowledge of steel detailing as per the standards
• Ability to handle project independently.
• Manage the team for high productivity.

Requirements :

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in 3D Modeling, such as SDS2
